Musescore 2 Beta 2 Link to handbook in the software

1/ Online manual
In musescore 2.0 Beta 2 , when Help / Online Manual
Actual result : link goes to 1.3 online Hanbook

Excpected result : this link instead

Manual is under construction still, so there may be a warning to say it.....

2/ Local one
Local manual may be a pdf link to the same handbook ? (can pdf be updated with update in the online version ?)

Actually nothing happens

First expected result : a pdf or offline wiki open (like Excel ??)

Second expected result (as a temporarily seconod solution) : A message box open to tell the user there are no local manual available yet ...?
If that last solution doesn't "waste" too much time to be done
