MusicXML import and export of non-standard key signatures: support accidental value mapping

See #33546: MusicXML import and export do not support non-standard key signatures

Minimum requirement as far as I understand it: user editable symbol to alteration value mapping table, exported in the key signature and correctly restored on import. Should work both for MuseScore and MusicXML file formats.
