custom style is not copied to pallet
create a workspace
create a new pallet
create a new style "MyStyle0"
add a fingering to the score
from "inspector" change fingering to "MyStyle0"
with Ctrl+Shift copy this to pallet.
then from pallet copy this to score.
with "inspector" i see that the new element has a "Title" style and not a "MyStyle0"
THE STYLE IS NOT PRESERVED
It seems that the copy from the score to the pallet does not keep the style

See #34871: Custom styles in palettes. This is current "by design" - the custom style is only part of that particualr score, so your palette wouldn't work asd expected with any other score. But that doesn't necessarily mean it isn't worth supporting at all.
