dot collides with next note/rest (in some compact layout mode) (0.9.6 regression)

1. create a single staff score, remove some measures, keep 2 measures.
2. create a eight (dot) note, see the dot collide with next rest.

If add more note, then layout will fill whole line, then this problem disappears.
