Change time signature for entire score

Is there a way to change the time signature for an entire score after the notes are entered in, thus shifting everything sideways? I tried to search the site but didn't come across anything to help with this. Thanks!

Changing time signature is easy - just drag a time signature from the palette to the first measure of the score. In 1.3 and earlier, this doens't do what you probably want - it keeps the botes in the same measures even though this doesn't really make sense. So you could select all and "copy" or "cut" first, then "paste" when done, and at least get your notes back (some things you'd have to re-enter). For 2.0, the music automatically reflows.

When you say "reflows" I assume you mean when you are staying in the same note value (2/4, 3/4, 4/4). My problem is I have one song I wish I had done in cut time (4/4 -> 2/2) and one that I wish I had done the opposite. Is there any way to convert across the whole score (so, for example, converting everything to 2x it's value to go, for example, from eighth to quarter, or vice versa)?

You are correct, I meant just keeping the same note values but flowing them over the new barlines. There is no built in provision for doubling or halving note values. There is a plugin for 1.3 that tries to do the job, but the framework is pretty limited. It's possible the 2.0 framework will allow a better version of this plugin to be written. If not, it's something on the list to pursue for a future release (probably making it a built in function).
