Single Measure Repeat
When working with a big band I have seen arrangements that have a single measure with a dark horizontal line with a number above it for the number of repeats for that measure. Is this somewhere to be found in Symbols?

No need to add an explicit symbol. MuseScore does this automatically for you when you generate parts from a score. Or, if for some reaosn you are entering a part directly rather than generating it from a score, you can switch on multimeasure rests by pressing "M" (assumign you are using a 2.0 build). Empty measures get combined and turned into these automatically.
