Steps to reproduce bug
1. Open promenade demo
2. Right click on an empty part of the treble staff
3. From the context menu choose "Staff Properties"
4. Click "Change Instrument"
5. Double click on "Brass"

-->Crash

Expected behavior: Double-clicking on the instrument family should open/close the sub list of individual instruments (to match the behavior in Create > Instruments)

The expected behavior is pretty standard as far as I know. For example the bookmarks in the PDF handbook work the same in Acrobat Reader.
