Coda sing lands in wrong spot

When I try to place the coda sign at the end of the bar, it places it at the beginning of the bar. This is the last bar in a staff.
If I try to place it in the next bar, it places it at the beginning of the bar.

The coda sign should be placed at the end of a bar.
