Usability Improvements for Selection Filter

In 'Selection Filter', I propose these improvements:

Grey out all options below the voices if none of the latter are selected.
Separate Voices and everything else with a line.
Rename '1st Voice' to 'Voice 1' - also the rest of them (for consistency).
