Combine contents of Layout and Style menus into single Format menu
Some time ago, user underquark made some detailed suggestions about reorganizing MuseScore's menu items (http://musescore.org/en/node/42616#comment-194851) and sparked a very interesting discussion. But one particular suggestion is, I think, particularly sensible and easy to implement. It's the suggestion in the title above.
The two menus are so short, and deal with such similar things, that I would put this forward as a change that should be implemented. Any thoughts?

It's a good idea in my opinion. There are some interesting distinctions currently made between page format and style with respect to thing like style files, which can apply to scores of any page format, that would probably make combining them tricky. I don't think they are insurmountable problems, though, but I suspect not a trivial change, either. Something to consider for a future release, I'd say.
