Crash when removing stave with glissando

1. Create standard guitar score with standard linked stave.
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Enter one note, then another next to it.
4. Disable 'Note Entry'.
5. Click on the first note of either stave.
6. Apply glissando (e.g. double-click).
7. 'Edit'>'Instruments…'.
8. Click on top stave.
9. 'Remove'.
10. 'OK'.

Result: Crash (see attached log).
