Glissando not drawn correctly

Actual result: The glissando are not drawn correctly - all are too short, and it's at the wrong angle in bar 1.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build 5e7feba - Mac 10.7.5.

It might also be worth reviewing this: #20970: Glissando collides with elements before note
With regards to why I suggested LilyPond's result should be potential, I'm not sure I like glissandi stopping at a staff, or ledger line (as seems to happen in the example) - instead, I think it should probably end at empty space.
