Make Beam options radio buttons in Inspector

1. Open score.
2. Click beam.
3. 'View'>'Inspector'.

Expected result:The options 'Horizontal' and 'Beam position' are radio buttons.

Actual result: The options 'Horizontal' and 'Beam position' are tickboxes.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Release Candidate c68b108 - Mac 10.7.5.

Actually, I see this isn't as simple - maybe we need an additional 'automatic' (or a better name) option before these two.

Alternatively, we could accept the existing offering.

I'll be starting on this one later today. I'm still teaching myself Qt, and familiarizing myself with this project, so it'll take a little bit of time. I will get it done though.
