a) don't assing issues to yourself, unless you plan to fix them yourself too
b) problem on MuseScore.com, should get reported there, not on MuseScore.org
c) I'm not sure what you're talking about the PDF you can download there does contain the lyrics, the MuseScore file opens just fine in MuseScore 1.3 and shows the lyrics there too.
I do see however that this score has issues when opened in MuseScore 2.0 RC, although even there the lyrics are readable, but because the author dragged them from 1st to 2nd pages they don't seem to be selectable. They are however after an Ctrl-A, Ctrl-R (which moves them back into their 'native' space on 1st page)
