Cross-staff beamed notes groups bug

(0.9.6b2 in Windows XP) When placing an entire beamed group of notes onto a different staff with shift-control-up/down, the stems become amazingly long and the beam disappears (at least in the attached example). The "x" command will not flip the stems to the correct side of the notes in the attached example as well.

Hi David, that looks great. Can you also flip the directions of the stems on those notes so that the stems of the right-hand notes are pointing upwards?
