Steps to reproduce bug
1. Open attached file: "flat tied note.mscz"
2. On the note entry bar click on the flat sign to lower the notes
3. File > Save
4. File > Reload

Expected behavior: Two B flats tied together

Actual behavior: One B flat, one B natural, no tie.

Workaround: Instead of using the note entry flat sign in step 2 use the down arrow.

More info:
After 2., if you click on each note to play it, you will hear that the first one is "B flat" the second one is "B natural"

Related and more critical, before 1., add a Bb in the second measure.
Follow the steps highlighted in the bug report.
When you reload, you get the first and the third notes tied.

Status (old) active fixed

fixed in r3028. Changing pitch of tied notes removes tie or changes pitch of all tied notes. Fixes also #5644.
