Extend notes and rests
How to extend notes up to next note and merge rests. See "before" and "after" pictures.
Of course, I can manually change notes/rests duration, but I'm looking for more fast solution than can be applied to the full sheet music at once.

There is no other way (than select, change duration)
Regrettably, there is no capability in MuseScore 2.0 to change multiple similar elements at the same time. They need to be selected individually.
One additional shortcut that might help is "w", which doubles the value of a selected note or rest. But, again, this will not work with more than one note selected at once.
