Part title
When I extract a part, I am able to set a part title. I appears where I would like it and I like the font.
When I go to Creat>text, I see no corresponding facility.
Am I missing something? I would like to be able to set part names for non extracted parts.

I suppose you could take your "non-extracted part" and extract it. Do you understand what I mean?

but that's not a real solution. It seems to me that this facility should be accessable without such an inelegant kludge.
