Is there a way to put crop marks on a page. I want them because I have the page in octavo size. (7x10.25)

Other than manually placing lines, no. I'd suggest exporting to PDF and then handling those sorts of details in a program that speciailzies in this sort of thing - maybe something like Scribus?
