How do i get the full version?
I have tried to download it a couple of times and it keeps downloading the demo. How do i get the full version?

MuseScore is free and open source. The version available to download on this website is the FULL version.
What do you miss? and why do you think it's a demo version you have?

When i open it, it says musescore demo at the top. I can't make a composition from scratch and it doesn't let me change the instruments. The one i downloaded is the one in the green box at the top of the screen, is this the right one?

It says demo because it's the demo score.
To create a new score go to File -> New.
Check the [[nodetitle:handbook]] and the MuseScore video tutorials

Can be a topic for improving MuseScore usability: better pointers how to get started and change name of the demo score to something more descriptive.
