[BUG] No Tempo Text Override
To recreate:
Add a tempo text marking. Now add another.
The new tempo text does not override the original.

What version of MuseScore are you using? What operating system? Are you adding tempos to the same measure? Different measures?

Windows XP, MuseScore v.9.6 Beta Revision 2811.
The same measure. The tempo changes, but the tempo text appears as in the attached image.

It looks like you put two tempo instructions on top of each other.
If you want to remove the first tempo text, click to select it and press delete.
Yes, but the delete could be automated.
