Launching Forum Topics
This is not a really big deal but I notice many times when I click on a Forum subject it won't open until I move the cursor off of the subject.

Windows 7. IE 11. During my session, I always visit the first four subjects in the Forum. Just now I clicked on the first subject, it opened fine. Clicked on the second, it opened fine. Clicked on the third subject, it opened fine. When I clicked on the fourth subject, it just hung there until I moved the cursor of the title. Oh. I used the back arrow in the browser each time.
Probably an issue with my system or the browser.

I have an issue with an invisible cursor in the Bing search bar within IE. This is more than likely my machine.
