I recently downloaded a new soundfont, and upon uploading the attached file (using the soundfont, called TimGM6mb.sf2) it to the website, playback for drums/percussion is coming out as if it is a grand piano, and as if the percussion clef is a treble clef. Help?

The site does not support alternate soundfonts currently. Your score plays as a piano directly within MuseScore as well. Was this imported via MIDI? Using 2.0 or an earlier version? Can you psot the MIDI file you started from? Anything else unusual about how it was created? The sound seems to fix itself if you open the Mixer then change the drum sound from Standard to anything else (and then back).

Thank you! I was not aware that the website was not compatible with other soundfonts. I copy and pasted all the parts from a file that was corrupted because I was messing the drums part, just fooling around. I only uploaded it to generate an mp3 file. Is there another way to do this via the software offline?

There absolutely is! First, open the Synthesizer and click "Save to Score." Then go to File -> Export…, and you'll have the option to export an MP3 (or a couple of other audio file types, if you prefer).
