File Saving Prompt Provides Insufficient Information When Working With Multiple Scores

When saving multiple files, MuseScore does not show the file being saved. This is bad because the user has no way to tell if the changes need to be changed or not.
It is also easy to accidentally click "Discard" for the wrong file because the only thing that changes is the text in the save prompt.
Possible Fixes:
- Automatically show the MuseScore staff in question when displaying the save prompt. For example, if the user will be prompted to save files A, B, and C, then when the prompt for A appears, A's staff should be visible.
- Show a few bits of the score in question in the save prompt like the "Copy File" screenshot in the official Windows Desktop Apps Design Guidelines at https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dn742470.aspx.
- Do both 1 & 2
I've included a screenshot to show the status quo.

So ypu are specifically talking about happens on shutdown? That is, your steps are:
1) open or create two scores
2) enter some notes into each but do not save
3) close MuseScore
It is at this point MuseScore prompts you to save each score with changes, correct? Or are you somehow triggerings this in some other manner?
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.4.2.9788, revision: 148e43f
Not reproducible.
