Underline chord name
It is rather cumbersome to indicate a counter bass on accordion (underline chord name), as mentioned here:

Something more sophisticated then using tenuto for this purpose would be very appreciated :-)
Thanks a lot!

I'm not familiar with this style of notation, but when I looked it up on Wikipedia, I didn't see how it differed from ordinary tenuto markings:

In particular, this image looks indistinguishable form normal tenuto:
Could you explain in more detail what you want, ideally with pictures from published music?
Thanks a lot for your quick answer. I want to underline the chord's **name**. Please see attached image - in this measure the notes G, G, C, G and C should be played on fundamental bass row, thus their names are not underlined. But the last note, E, should be played on counter bass row, so it's name is underlined. (Bass rows are explained here: http://www.accordionpage.com/basar.html)
I was hoping I just select the chord's name and press Ctrl-U, but it does not work.
Thanks,
Petr
Formatting of individual characters within a chord symbol does not work because chord symbols are not ordinary text - they have special handling to allow proper transposition, export to MusicXML, etc. However, you can define a custom text style, call it "Underlined Chord", and assign any chords you want to have this style using the Inspector. Save the score as a template, or use Style / Save Style, to make that style available to other scores.
Isn't this more like figured bass rather than chord symbols?
This works! Thanks a lot :-)
