It is better to ask for help in the Support forum, and use the Issue tracker once you have confirmed a bug with reliable and precise steps to reproduce.
In any case, the file attached tdoes not seem to be a valid MSCZ file. It is not openable in my usual ZIP program either.
I made that file using musescore as you would a regular score. It has not been working for me lately. That is another problem. I dont know what causes it or how to fix it.
Seems your system may have crashed in the middle of writing that file, or maybe you had a bad sector on your hard disk, or something. You may need to find the backup for this. See for example https://musescore.org/en/node/52116, and if you need further assistance, please ask on the Support forum.
