When ever I open up Musescore 2.0, there is a ringing noise the continually plays instead of the music. I tied going to the preferences and reset the I/O to defult, but nothing happens. Help!
Don't assign to yourself, unless you plan to fix yourself too.
It is be better to first post in the forum before creating an issue, which is for established bugs.
What operating system? What are your settings and did you try to revert to factory settings (see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/revert-factory-settings-0)?

Lol sorry, this is the first time I've done this. My I/O setting is on PortAudio-API:MME-Device: Microsoft Sound Mapper
