Diagonal (straight) line layout issue if there is end text

Click on the line that has been added to the TAB from the line palette. Create a diagonal line with it by dragging the end handle. Reset the line to horizontal and add some end text to the line – for example, a right angle-bracket to simulate an arrow. Now try to make the line diagonal again by dragging the handle: You can't! The line does not draw and the text remains in the horizontal position.

I have no trouble making the line diagonal in a current development build. However, the text stays in the original position. So for me, that's the only bug here.
Note the text won't rotate even if this were fixed, so I don't know that this would be a good way to create diagonal arrows.
In retrospect it's difficult to see any musical use for text at the end of a diagonal line. I wouldn't object if you wanted to downgrade or close the issue for now.
