Can't hear a thing in Musescore

I was making the Tuba duet of COMWS, but i can't hear a thing, i tried revert factory settings, Nothing! Is there anything else to fix this?

What operating system? Is there a soundfont loaded in View → Synthesizer → Fluid?
Is this happing with a special score (and if so, can you attach it here)

Also describe your settings in Edit / Preferences / I/O. If you enable the metronome, does it play?

BTW, be sure to foloow the correct "Revert" procedure for the current version - the old 1.3 procedure may no longer be appropriate. See the handbook, and look up the procedure for your particular OS

Can you tell us the settings in Edit / Preferences / I/O? Also the Soundfont settings in Edit / Preferences / General, and what soundfonts if any you see in View / Synthesizer, also if you press "Add" in that dialog. Also check the volume in that dialog. We are also still waiting to hear what OS you are on, and whether the metronome works. We this information in order to help.

BTW, in the future, it is better to ask for help in the Support forum.
