For 3 weeks ago i load the new musescore 2.2 and i got no sound and its frezz all time , now the freez are away but the sound problem still the metronom sound i hear but no piano sound or other
See the Handbook under "Revert to factory settings" - most likely you had incompatible settings left over from a previous instalation, and this will fix it.

I have the same problem, in the sound folder are two files: fluidR3Mono_GM.sf3 i fluidR3Mono_License.md.
I use Windows10.
Please read the last reply before yours and act accordingly
