I guess you specifically mean the playback on musescore.com when you say it "doesn't work", because everything else seems to work fine. Not sure what the proboem is, but you could try making a change - any change at all, then put it back the way it was - and uplaod it again. Could be there was a temporary glitch that will fix itself.

There are issue currently with our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services). Once these issue has been resolved, we'll reprocess your score as well as others scores to make sure the audio is ok.

I took a look to the score and I can reproduce. Open your score in MuseScore and File > Export -> MP3 and you will see that the resulting MP3 doesn't have sound at all.

The problem is that you put the volume of the synthesizer to 0 and then you saved this settings to the score. MuseScore.com honors this and so no sound is produced.

I opened your score, went to View > Synthesizer, made sure that the volume was high and clicked save to score. The file will now save with sound on MuseScore.com. Find the file attached (I also deleted the last measure, press M, click on the first, shift click on the last, edit > delete selected measure. Press Ctrl+B if you want to add more measure to expand your first composition)
