Modulation Key Signature
Hi, gang!!!
I obviously missed something in the way: How could I put a visible "break", in the middle of a measure, to indicate a key signature change (modulation)? ???
I tried with a measure properties change but I lost the right side notes (from the middle of the measure to the right).
The idea is to put a line (something like a fake measure divisor line) in the middle of the measure, exact point where the modulation starts (dominant chord of the next key), and show the new key signature to the remainder of the piece at that point.
Please, let me know the solution(s).

Key changes do not normally occur in the middle of a measure. But if you should need to divide a measure in two for this or any other reason, simply click the first note you want to appear after the break and then use Edit / Measure / Split Measure. Now the measure is split and you can add key signatures, double bars, repeats signs, line breaks, etc.

I found the [Split] option, as you told me, but I preferred to use the Discontinued Bar from the Measure Bar left panel menu, instead (because the measure split adds an standard measure bar in a point where it isn't supposed it should be, and which could be seen as a rhythm law transgression, thing that isn't in my mind... for now, hahahaha!).
The only one thing I have to say about this is... Why the discontinued bar isn't copied to all the staves like the standard bar? ???
I attached the file where I used the discontinued bars to separate sections (verses, chorus, coda). I don't know if the discontinued bar was created to that purpose, but... It works for me!!!
Sorry about all the file is in Spanish, but... it is because I live in a country where we speak in... Spanish!!!

Applying a mid-measure barline from the palette only affects the specific measure / staff you apply it to, because it may well be you don't *want* it appleid to all staves - that is indeed one of the reason this feature exists (to allow the appearance of different barlines on different staves).
If you really want to split the measure for purposes of adding a key signature, again, better to actually split the measure rather than use this "fake" barline for a purpose other than what it was intended for.
