Changing a voice clef
I have arranged voices as treble clef at top 1, then a bass clef below 2, then another bass clef below 3, then piano 4 &5. The piece is nearly complete and I have realised number 2 would be better in treble clef. When I remove no 2 and add a new treble it places it below the piano. How do place in number 2 position! Terry

Just drag the desired clef to the 1St measure. Or in the add instruments dialog move the new treble clef staff up
1) To change a clef you use the same method as to add a clef. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/clef-0#beginning-measure-clef
