Internal synth card for computer
I'd like to have a slightly more sophisticated range of sounds available. Does Musecore support internal synth cards? If so which ones please?

Hi, you might be able to use JACK audio/MIDI for that. I don't know how it works, but maybe one of the other users can find the documentation page? I can't.
Anyways, it's in Preferences>I/O and requires a restart of Musescore.
