polymetric notation
Hi
Can I do a polymetric notation in musescore? Like in the first instrument-line 2/4 and in the second instrument-line 5/8? I would lke to do some minimal-music. (polymetric, not polyrhythmic)
greetings
Patrick

Thanks!
(and I do use the search function with "polymetric"...the result was nothing...now is one, and this is my post)
To solve this issue :
1 - Create a cycle, for example 4*5=20 quarters.
2 - Create 20/4 twice, one with 4/4 appearance the other 5/4.
3 - Click on a note, and add a bar measure (automatically added just before the selected note).
4 - CTRL(win) select and drag meters in each stave.
By the way, you may create also a 4/3 meter used in contemporary music, it is yet another way to change tempo which should be indicated with a hidden (press v) text tempo indication for playback.
