Windows not visible after screen resize on netbook

I use a netbook Asus EEPc with Musescore under OS Windows 7 starter.
On my desk I use an extern monitor bigger than the tiny screen
when changing to the smaller netbook-screen if working off the desk the Musescore window resizes, but the windows of playback (and also mixer e.g.) stay outside the visible range.
Even close it and reopen doesn't help to get it back into the visible area.

I'm able to catch it (ALT-SPACE for window-object-menu, then move it into the visible screen) but this is not really handy.
