Note flag, accidental and tie do not reflect the colour of multi-voice

1. Create 4/4 piano score.
2. Enter two quavers in a secondary voice.
3. Click on the flag.

Expected result: The flag should be the colour of the voice (like the note head and stem).
Actual result: The flag is the colour of the first voice.

Using MuseScore 1.0 and Mac 10.4.11.

In 2.0 nightly build 3996, beamed notes in a multi-voice reflect the colour. However, it still displays accidentals and unbeamed note flags in blue.

In MuseScore 2.0 nightly build (4233), only the accidental doesn't reflect the colour.

I also went through some things in the palette (perhaps there's other things too?), but I think they reflect the colour of the multi-voice.
