Finale has a feature in which you press and hold a key combo and then move mouse over score to play one note at a time. Not just the note under the cursor, but the whole piece at that beat position (ie, all staves). It's a very useful function. Sibelius has nothing like it yet. Would be cool if MuseScore beat Sibelius to the punch on this.

I'd like this feature too.
+1 here, composing a solo, would like to see how it sounds next to a recording, but can't match the tempo. I want to progress the beat using a keyboard shortcut.
