Prevent Master Palette from going behind main window (like Mixer, Special Characters, or undocked palettes)
Most of the items at the top of the View menu are floating windows that remain in front of the main window. The Master Palette seems to be the sole exception—it will happily go behind the main window. Should that be able to happen? I'm not sure this isn't actually a bug report, but in any case I'd like to request that it behave the same way as others.

I take it you are seeing this on some version of Mac OS? Works fine for me on Ubuntu 14.04.
Yes, all versions of OS X. The difference in the type of dialog is visually evident from the title bar: small floating windows like the Synthesizer and the Play Panel have a thin title bar with sharp corners. (The Start Center, meanwhile, is a different class of window, with the full title bar, but it can't go behind the main window because it's that sort of dialog that locks all actions until you close it.)
It should also be noted that the Master Palette is the only one that will not go away if you press [Esc].
