time signatures get moved when splitting measures
Select the a in the test score, split the measure up before selected note. The ¾ signature is wrongly moved to the second measure.
Add another ¾ time signature to the now forth measure.
Now delete the ¾ time signature from the second measure using the Del key. The measure split gets reverted.
Removing the TimeSig element from the .mscx file, however, makes things work as desired, as far as I can tell.
Reported against 2.0.3 but lasconic says he might have a fix anyway, so… ;-)

Splitting measure works differently in master. So I didn't merge this one in master.
