1) Create a new score.
2) File → Parts → New All → OK.
3) Enter a note to the first measure.
4) Select a time signature, press Delete.
5) Quickly press Undo two times. I don't know why but if I wait long enough between two undo operations the crash does not occur. Sometimes. Maybe it does not depend strictly on speed though.

Result: crash.
