Both the Qt-additions.zip and the one under "this archive" seem out of date, since when comparing the latest given on their respective website and the one in the archives, the file sizes do not match.
SHould we download the versions from the website (and in this case update the archive) or use the given archive, even though it's out of date?

Feel free to use the more up to date versions, this zip file is just meant as a convenience. Also the MinGW build is no longer supported, and the MSVC build uses different set of dependencies.
Feel free to update that zip file. Also for Qt 5.12 and it's 32bit and 64bit MinGW.
