"Save online" fails with 2.2RC, on Windows, 7 and 10.

Having installed 2.2RC atop of 2.1
at first it says my version is too old and that I should upgrade
then when I try to put in my username/password, it fails with
"Unsuccessful login. Please try again".

Confirmed by @ericfontainejazz and @Jester Musician on IRC.

A self build version or the development builds work though

I can confirm that logging in and uploading with macOS is ok. So most likely we can narrow it down to the new deployment scheme through AppVeyor.
