how to change the end position of a expresion curve to save it in xml
When I drag a expression line as a curve on a note, it create the curve with the next note and even I change the shape of the curve, when I hold the last bezier of the curve and move it, it shows me doted points where was. when I save as xml it saves in the position that shows the doted points.
Is there any way to change this position that shows the doted point and preserve it when I save as xml?
Thanks everybody and of course the team of musescore

Welcome aboard...
To move the anchor (end position) hold the 'Shift' key then press either the right or left arrow to move it.

That is for 2.0, which handles it sligtly different, there dragging with the mouse does work and re-anchors properly. In 1.x though indeed Shift+right has to be used.

Dear Jojo
let me ask you another question. it is related also to change the predeterminate position of those doted points. I am using version 1.3 in mac, when I put an ornament or articulation as down or up violin arch on a note it automatically position in a vertical fix position. when I save it in xml, the symbol is in the same fixed position. how I can change it?
I posted it, but the answer was not working. it was: select all similar element and with Control hold down drag the symbol... but is not working. I was trying with Shift up and down but also did not. :(
Thank you

I think Ctrl on Mac is Cmd

I try with also cmd but nothing. I can not change the position of this icon. it locates the symbol of up or down arch in the position of G over the stave. and this is fix position as predeterminate when I edit it and after when I save as xml shows in the same position

I mean, I can edit it but I can not save the position in xml. I can not change the vertical position so it can save this new position in xml

Maybe XML doesn't have that information? Maybe XML as 1.x creates it, doesn't have it? Have you tried with 2.0?

I assume we are talking about the MusicXML format specifically. It does define a way to try to record position info, although it's not totally reliable since so much depends on fonts used, music spacing algorithms, etc. And perhaps in part for that reason, MuseScore doesn't export or impoprt much in the way of positioning info. Think of MusicXML as being more about saving the "musical content" of a score. It's not going to be suitable as a general purpose way of saving your score.
