Will musescore version 2 be able to offer custom-made chord-notation?
I have a comment regarding chord notation. The idea to "lock" the chord-notation might be good for amateurs, that will be aware of "normal" practise this way.
But f.i. in Denmark we use A/c# and not A/C#. And H instead of B. The possibility to change position up and down individually for chord extensions. And maybe a little "triangle" for major chords!
This would be a small step for a programming engineer, but a giant leap for musescore users!

If you go to style -> Edit general style -> Chornames and select german chordname. If you enter H it will be recognized.

Thanks a lot. I now use the chords.xml and that gives me the possibility to have non-capital letters after my slash. And I enabled the "german" function as you suggested. I also found in the bottom a help guide to change font and even change my extensions in both size and height. Also the jazz fonts are good.

Sounds like the cchords_sym style with be more to your liking, and with the setting lasconic mentioned, you can have the H. But if you wamt lower case bass notes or wish to alter the positioning of symbols, you will need to edit the xml file, and realize that your customizations won't be available to others should you wish to share the score in MuseScore format (PDF would work fine). 2.0 does appear to have additional chord editing features.

Thanks a lot for the comment. I just realized the problem you mention trying to put my chord "enthusiasm" online. None of my fancy chords are visible on musescore.com. I will try out the cchords_sym style as you recommend. And look forward to version 2.
