Remastering Scores
I have created a tutorial on how to remaster scores (link ).
There's a few reasons for doing this, but I'm hoping it will benefit everyone (users and developers) in the long-term.
Any help is appreciated.

Regarding step 3, some things depend on the score, but the order does matter for some:
Score set-up (Title/Subtitles/Composer. Instruments. Key and time signatures. Bar amount)
Time, then key signature and clef changes
Bar lines
Drumsets
Instrument names (presentation in Stave Properties and Text Styles)
Copy/paste the elements
Reset all text sizes (lyrics, etc)
another step: compare the PDFs, esp. for layout diffs

Better support for chord symbols (see this ).
Should we make a link available at the upload stage of musescore.com?
I mentioned about being able to open files in series 3, but this might also apply to the app (in the future, if it will only use such libraries?).
It might not be the cleanest method, but instead of a new score, you could perhaps use 'Change Instrument' to update entries (it would have better information about ranges, etc).
If producing a score from scratch (e.g. not pasting), using breaks could improve layout speed, for example.
