Thank you so much for your help. As I check the small box on chord, only the note are getting small but the stem on top is not shrinking. I will provide a picture below.

Pretty sure that's what the picture shows, I see the stem and beam thinner. But indeed the length of the stems don't scale, for reasons that are probably buried deep within the beaming code.

Stem length for beamed notes depends on lots of factors, and while we try to do something reasonable by default in most cases, sometimes you will need to override by double-clicking the beam and adjusting it.

Thank you so much for your help..when I test it out, I can also used the offset on chord to change the number in X..
