The Status bar
The Status bar, at the bottom of the screen, is visible but only displays the Staff 1 BAR1 when you select any other bars or Stave it stays the same ie does not change.
How do i reset toolbar without resetting everything else?

the status bar does display whatever measure is selected, at least it does for me, MuseScore 3.4.2 on Windows 7.
Not sure how that relates to resetting a toolbar?

it always did display whatever measure you selected or a note withing showing the pitch staff no what beat etc etc.
but i have re-installed maybe 20-30 times loading Soundfonts etc etc etc all takes time.
but only noticed Status bar not reporting correct in BETA 3.5 only ever showing as i said Staff 1 Measure 1 etc never changing even after selecting a different measure and different instrument on another staff.
Beta 3.5 is working fine apart from that.

Aha, 3.5 Beta, you'd have better mentioned that from the start ;-)
The frozen status-bar text is a known problem with MuseScore 3.5.0 Beta.
A fix is being worked on. See #306633: Status bar text does not update after editing text.

ok im not alone..................................................................................... and guilty of supreme sloppiness in not mentioning version no it relates too.
