I have Windows 10 64-bit. I installed Musecore 64-bit version 3.4.2.9788 and the mixer is not enabled in the View menu; the Play button is also disabled. the Play button is also disabled. How this can be fixed?

Thank you very much. I restarted the Audio and MIDI Devices and it worked. I think the problem is when I connect a USB headset earphone Jabra
