ALMOST EVERY TIME I TRY TO SAVE THIS FILE IT IT GETS CORRUPTED,
Ive written this song 3 times now. I save its, i close musescore, i open it the next day. and I get the 'cannot read file popup' Please someone help me recover this file or tell me what im doing wrong. Its taken me weeks to write this thing now and i have so much more to do!!!

Sorry: #271185: Scores corrupted beyond repair, containing nothing but zeros
This file does indeed seem to be badly corrupted, but not in a way I've seen before. Is it possible your hard drive is failing?
